PACKAGING DESIGN
Intro: Ginger beer is one of the oldest fermented drinks still consumed today and has been around for generations. It has a rich history that stretches back to the 1700s, and its savory flavor and revivingly hot sting have maintained its popularity.
Insights: Originally prepared as a fermented alcoholic beverage with ginger, sugar, and water, it later evolved into a popular non-alcoholic beverage. Ginger beer and ginger ale are often grouped together, but they are two distinct beverages. Ginger ale is a sweet, carbonated soda flavored with ginger extract, while ginger beer is a drier, fermented drink made with real ginger root and probiotics. Despite its name, ginger beer has never contained actual beer and isn’t brewed like traditional beer. Instead, its fermentation process is more akin to the methods used to make hard cider. Despite the fact that no company has ever created a ginger beer with additional flavors, the production of ginger beer has remained a lucrative industry.
Solution: An innovative new conceptual ginger beer company that offers different flavors and includes added health advantages.
